Team USA flagbearers for Paralympics selected. Meet the gold medal athletes who were chosen.

 Group USA has chosen Steve Serio, a wheelchair b-ball star, and Nicky Nieves, a sitting volleyball player, as flagbearers for the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games. The two competitors are praised gold medalists: Serio drove the U.S. to triumph in wheelchair ball in the last two Paralympic Games, and Nieves was instrumental in getting Group USA's most memorable gold in sitting volleyball at the 2016 Rio Games. They will lead Group USA during the initial service, representing the strength and flexibility of Paralympic competitors.
